The feeling of joyful crazyness

It's been raining and windy all day today,
makes me miss the summer weather and everything else that goes with it.

Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream

If you make a google search on this you'll found a lot of satisfied customers, I'm one of them. I like the fact that

  • it doesn't leave your face dried out at the end of the day
  • it stays on the whole day without falling apart
  • it's easy to apply - like putting on your daily cream
  • my face absorb it quickly and the color just blended in
As for the baby smell everybody is talking about, I didn't notice it at all. I'm so glad I picked the darker shade since the lighter one would be too while for me.

Manko - Awaiting material

I'm done! Or I would have been done if they haven't been so stingy with the black threads. I'm ordering more now but while waiting for that I've done the rest and voila - it looks very finished!

And the strawberry on the shortcake - does this expression exist anyway? Well here it is.

Can you make a good idea better?

Reading an article about the iPad 2 from M3 magazine today I was surprised that the author was dissing apple's genius cover. And the reason? It doesn't protect the back side. Understandable, he's right.
Having time to kill waiting for my flight I turn to my favorite shopping source and guess what I founded?

Plenty of solutions!

The cover part works the same but now your back is also covered! The price is lower than Apple's and plenty more colors to choose.
But the one that interest me most is the back cover only one, easier to hold.

A wet Bergen on '17 Mai'

The celebrations started early, the night before and we all got merry.
Too bad we missed the parade but there was plenty stuff going on at the town center.
Judging by the umbrellas, we got the infamous Bergen weather. Somebody was giving a historical speach on the boat.
This guy totally standed out. The rescue force?
One of the colorful items in this dark grey environment
We saw something exciting. They've place prices and hidden money on the top. It's free and open for everybody to try to climb up and get it.
This little guy in suits was eager to give a go.
While his little lady was holding his coat. How cute!

Traffic Jam

You would think that I live in the middle of a big city but I'm not. I even live outside of the 'big city'. The thing is, the Norwegian roads are horrible. Not their fault that the countries is covered by fjords, mountains and hills.
The road between my home and work must be one of the worse. It goes along a mountain and in Sweden we would call this a bicycle road. Half of the distance is so small that only one car can pass and no it's not a one-way road. It's not anywhere near straight so you only see about 10m ahead of you and it's heavy trafficked - both ways including buses and lorries!
So on a Thursday at 3 PM it looks like this.

The queue is continuing between the houses and up the hill. This is because in heavy traffic, a middle size lorry got stuck somewhere in between.
But I'm really impressed by Norwegians ability to cooperate. You actually needs teamwork and cooperation to solve this puzzle and people's kindness to reverse a long distance to let cars by.
You need to master the art of precision, reversing, breaking and courage to get through this route day after day!

Found my first love!

You know that luke warm feeling of a pleasant summer day feeling?
That's how I felt when I found music.
Unlike a real Swedish the music I fell for was from Hongkong, when cpop was still immature, jpop was non existence to this side of the world and kpop....well I wonder if kpop even was formed.
Then come the communist and the golden era of HKpop faded away. Cpop on the other hand bloomed, especially the Taiwan branch brought to us via the romantic manga re-make TV series. At the same time I opened my eyes to the jpop world while the kdrama wave brought me kpop.
Today all those stream flows neatly right into my Iphone and Ipad in form of HitFM and PopRadio, both from Taiwan!

The apps is call TuneIn Radio and is available and adapted to both Iphone and Ipad with different looks.
Why settle with HK channel that's mostly talk or Beijing channel with majority Mandarin music? Or Japanese channel that only concentrate to jpop? When the Taiwanese is offering a smorgasbord with good mix of cpop, jpop, hkpop and kpop.
I'm in love again <3

Rather Korea than Ikea when it comes to cute storage

Although I strive for minimalistic I somehow magically end up with a lot of small stuff that I really can't or rather don't want to throw away. And it doesn't look pretty when they're piled up everywhere.

I'm so gonna get a few of these when I move to a proper place. I already know what colors I'll choose.
Another storage trouble I and every girl in the world have is how to neatly have the huge amount of make-up products in a visible and reachable way.
For this I just adore the Korean solution.
Pratical and hidden.
Now, wonder how much the shipping of these will cost me...hmmm

Gmarket haul #5

It's been awhile right? You thought I could keep my fingers from Gmarket? BIG NO! This time it's a medium haul. I'm guessing it's because of Norwegian Easter holiday, the parcels has been piling up so it took one week for the box to reach me.
You've seen the box a couple of times now so I won't bother showing the outside. They all look the same, don't they?

Gmarket again has been sensible with the re-packing. None got damage during transport which is good.

I'll start with a couple bad reviews. Both is tools and accessories for my Apple product.
The iPhone4 opening tools was ok but I've expected better quality for the price I pay. The one on the right is a touch pen with one big end and the other one small resembling a writing pen. This one was in the middle price range. The packaging it comes with says 'High Quality'. I was disapointed to find out that the small end doesn't work and you can easily see traces of glue on the big end. It was in plain language an expensive crappy touch pen.

Once again the vivid purple color I first ordered wasn't in stock so I had to choose something different. This time I chose a crochet neel as gift and it turn out to be very tiny. The good thing with this seller is that the instruction that comes is filled with images instead of only Korean text since the later doesn't really help me.

Scissors, for my fringe. The rest are gifts or freebies. They also include a net voucher (useless for me) and an advert?

Next is things I can't have too much of. Eye shadows from Clio and some everyday ladies wear. Guess the color of my eye shadows. The hint is that it's pretty obvious.

This is my most satisfied item of this order. The pillow is huge and lovely. They even sent a correcting neel with it.

Now to the reason why I place this order. Taaa taaaaaaaaaa!
A rice cooker! Mine got broken and it's unbearable for an Asian to be without one. That's the fact. I quite like the color and the size. I can even steam things with the steaming bowl that came with it. Next on my to buy list is Dimsum yummy yummy.

My girl

Ok, I'm not a dog person. I'm not even a pet person. Everytime I've returned home and I see her outside I just feel so happy. She's a bit less than 2 years old, my landlords dog and lives one floor under.

She doesn't bark when she sees me. She'll just stand there, wave her tail and look at me.

And then if I'm carrying something she'll come and sniff it hahaha. When she's found out that there's nothing edible then she'll just run away.

I think she's ubercute!
